• Co-leads and proposed members
• Purpose
• Recruitment
• Support needed

The CSA Board of Directors will consider new proposals using the following criteria:

• Form completed
• Alignment to CSA mission and goals
• Sustainability in terms of staffing and funding

Completed proposals should be submitted as instructed in the form itself.
