  1. using the email address at which you’re subscribed, open a new
  2. in the “to” field, enter citsci-discussion-l-request@cornell.edu
    (please note: this is A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE LIST ADDRESS, so
    do not let the address field autofill or you will email everyone)
  3. in the subject line type “set digest” (no quotations)
  4. leave the body of the message blank and send

To switch back to receiving every message, use the above steps but for #3 type instead “set mail” (no quotes) in the subject line.
