C*Sci2022 Registration Confirmed!
Thank you for registering for C*Sci2022.
Please read the following important details on what to expect in the lead-up to the conference:
Where is my confirmation email or receipt?
You will receive TWO confirmation emails: one with basic program information (from email@example.com), and the other as a financial receipt/invoice (from firstname.lastname@example.org). If you do not see these emails within the next few minutes, please check your spam, junk, and/or notifications folders. Be sure to add both of these sender addresses to your email contacts and safelist to make sure you receive future event updates.
When will I gain access to the event platform?
Your event access link will come from the email@example.com email address (again, please make sure you add this address to your safelist!). You can expect it:
A. If you are a poster presenter, you will receive immediate access to the event platform (CSA Connect) and Group (C*Sci2022) in order to create your poster. You need to click on the appropriate links from the invitation email to enter the C*Sci2022 Group.
B. All other registrants will receive a link to join the C*Sci2022 Group on CSA Connect on or around May 18th. If you are already in CSA Connect, you will still need to wait for the link to directly access the Group.
How will I access the live events?
This year, live event access is as simple as it can be! Each day, everything will take place on a single Zoom line.
Early in May, you should receive a calendar invitation to hold each of the event dates. We will add the Zoom link into each calendar the day before the event.
In addition, we will also send all registrants an email every morning of the event which will include the day’s schedule of events and a direct invitation link.
