Citizen Science Community & Communities of Practice

The Citizen Science Association (CSA) supports excellence across the field of citizen science by networking practitioners and advancing evidence-based practices (see our Vision, Mission, and Goals). We aim to build connections across communities of geography as well as communities of interest.

CSA services currently include a monthly newsletter, as well as access to a broad network of citizen science practitioners through a discussion listserv, a journal, and a conference.

Join today!

Our membership represents a broad diversity of individuals, institutions, organizations, and roles, and also research taking place on every continent and in almost every scientific discipline. We reach individuals who are involved in citizen science program development, management, research, evaluation, or organization, and all who aim to advance the respect for and practice of citizen science. Learn more about membership options and benefits.

And join us for the 2017 Citizen Science Conference!

Join a discussion-based listserv to share ideas, questions, and resources with peers.
